Guided walk to Porto Antico of Genoa and visit to the Museo del Mare, opened in 2004, the year Genoa was declared European Capital of Culture. Galata Museo del Mare is the largest innovative and technological maritime museum in the Mediterranean. Together we will go on an adventurous voyage to discover the secrets of our sea, climb aboard and immerse ourselves in the lives of sailors.
We will then continue to walk across the largest old town of Europe, passing through the famous Carrugi of Genova: Via del Campo, the Cathedral of the Annunziata, the Royal Palace and the most prestigious street of the city. Carrugio is the term used to describe a typical street or alley of Ligurian old towns.
