The restaurant’s menu offers simple, quality dishes prepared with local organic products thanks to the valuable collaboration with Alce Nero, Semina (Gruppo Abele’s line of food products) and Libera Terra (the agricultural soul of the Libera cooperatives that manage property confiscated from the Mafia).
