Ligurian extra virgin olive oil is an excellent gastronomic product famous throughout the world for its fruity aroma and sweet, delicate flavour. Made mainly from the Taggiasca olive, the most refined in the Ligurian region, it is a symbol of a thousand-year-old local tradition and represents the tenacity and joy of the Ligurian inhabitants who have continued to cultivate olive trees since ancient times.

The experience includes a guided tasting of Italy’s best extra virgin olive oil and other local specialities from the Tigullio region in a typical restaurant with a sea view.
